What will be deleted?
We remove your email, bio, avatar and profile preferences from the active account. Your nickname is replaced with a neutral label. We end sessions and revoke access for assigned devices. Friendships and private invitation and notification data are removed; some cleanup runs in the background.
Deletion cannot be undone. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not delete your account.
What data may remain?
Report, number, moderation, points, rank and badge history remains in pseudonymised form. It is not fully anonymous. There is currently no set automatic deletion period for this history. Continued retention is subject to necessity and your data rights.
Backups cover up to five years. Account deletion does not change earlier backups. Separate rules apply to logs, correspondence and public comments. See the privacy policy for details.
Cannot sign in, or want to delete specific data?
Write to the address below. Mention BanCaller, include your account email and describe your request. We may ask you to confirm that the data belongs to you. Do not send your password or a copy of an identity document without prior agreement.
