When reporting an infringement, identify the entry or feature concerned, explain the reason for your report and provide contact details for a response. You do not need to create an account. Do not send passwords, device secrets or identity documents unless they have been requested for a justified purpose.
3. Rights to materials
Code, logos, text, graphics and the database may be protected by law. Making them available through the service does not transfer any rights or grant a licence broader than the one set out in the Terms / EULA. This does not restrict fair use or other statutory rights.
Apple, App Store, Google Play and other third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners. Naming a platform does not mean that its provider operates BanCaller or guarantees the accuracy of the database.
Materials marked as illustrations or visualisations, including AI-generated materials, are not records of actual events or photographs of the team. Feature appearance may differ by platform and app version.
4. Nature of information and links
Number labels are supporting information based on reports and moderation. They may need correction and do not determine the caller’s identity or legal responsibility. The process for challenging them is described in the Privacy Policy.
Links to external websites lead to services operated by other entities under their own terms. This notice does not exclude the operator’s liability where the law provides otherwise.
